Welcome to the home of MINI Adventure - Orbea Racing. Our aim is to help promising Mountain Bike riders reach their full potential, through providing the support, equipment and motivation they need to perform at their best.

 

We are racing with Orbea in 2010

The exciting news for the 2010 is that the team will be riding the latest Alma full carbon hardtails from Spanish maestros Orbea. The new Alma, which is the Spanish word for “Soul”, is striking both in terms of its looks and technical features and is the bike that 2009 World Cup winner, and current Olympic Champion Julian Absalon is riding.

We will be playing our part in raising the profile amongst British Mountain Bikers and showcasing the quality and innovation that has made the Pyrenees based Company famous in Continental Europe.

Team line-up for 2010 confirmed

We are expanding for 2010 with the addition of three new riders, in addition to Oli and Darren. Andy Wadsworth is making a return to the Elite ranks, Andy set up and runs MyLifePT - a personal training and coaching business based in Bristol with clients from the world of professional golf as well as Elite Cyclists and triathletes - but is now returning to racing. John Whittington is our third Elite/Espoir rider, 4th in this years U23 National Champs John has bags of potential which leaves him and us beliveing he can go one place better in 2010.  Matt Sumpton moves up from Youth to the Junior ranks, having finished 2nd overall in the BMBS, and is a rider with great promise. More events for 2010

As well as the NPS and National Championships we will be contesting Mountain Mayhem and other Endurance events, hoping to give the established teams a run for their money.
